Guess what we did during conference? These are pictures of Myles coloring. And if you can tell he didn't just color the paper he has. Did you know they make washable crayon? And that it draws on all sorts of surfaces, even skin? Especially faces. Arms too, but they don't seem to be as fun.
Andrew was having fun too. We made cookies last night. Peanut butter blossoms-- the cookies with the chocolate kiss in the top. So guess where Andrew was while Myles was distracting Mommy? That's right eating all the chocolate kisses out of the cookies. Then he'd take one bite out of it and put it back. I could just hear him thinking, "And this one's mine, and this one's mine..." Thankfully he only got to three of them before being caught by mean old mom, who made him share his cookies with his brothers.
Jack, not to be out done, was in his room getting ready for his 'mission' he needed to go on today. I don't know what he's supposed to do on this mission but he needed:
-a pen
-a used checkbook
-a notebook, preferably one that dad was using for notes
-his new Sunday outfit
-a blue crayon
-his backpack
He also wanted to pack his coat since proclaiming the other day that "it's winter!" To which I responded, "It's still 95 degree's out!" But then he got me with, "But I have a new coat..." (They had shearling and peacoat 3 piece outfits for sale at JCPenny. I just had to get them some, even if it is a little early and no way cold enough to actually wear.)
All this took place within 15 min. while Mom decided she could actually use the bathroom. Silly me!
Dad had duty today and had to be gone from 6 am to 2 pm. I would feel bad for him, but nothing happens there on Sunday and they have a big screen TV with the BYU channel. So he gets to sit back and relax-- and actually get something out of conference.

Update on School
Jack LOVES school. He even got a sticker for 'good work' today. Yesterday I was able to go to lunch with him and today Greg went to lunch with him. Although he is very quiet and can't tell us the names of anyone in his classes yet, I think he'll soon warm up to them. He said his favorite part was the playground and he always comes home with sand in his hair from 'digging.' (4 days into school and already figured out recess is the best-- smart kid)
